Darryl's recruiting career began with a strong foundation in database research, recruiting, technology, and customer service. Early in his career, he worked as a database professional, where he developed valuable research and information-management skills while gaining hands-on experience in recruiting and client service.
He went on to spend more than two decades working with major recruiting firms as a researcher and senior executive recruiter, developing extensive experience in sourcing and recruiting professionals across the construction industry.
Over the years, Darryl has developed a reputation for being persistent, resourceful, relationship-driven, and committed to finding qualified professionals for difficult-to-fill positions.
