From there he work over 20 years for major recruiting firms as a researcher and as a senior  executive recruiter. He has a knack for finding the best and brightest construction candidates by using his 5 marketing strategies to solve your company recruiting needs.

He can't give you his 5 marketing strategies right now because if he told you that he would not have his own market niche but he can tell you his best rule of thumb is to ensure that he will look and find a perfect fit between the candidate and your organization and not just numbers.

Darryl Dougherty was born in Chicago, Illinois. he currently resides in Chicago, during his leisure time he enjoys writing poetry, exercising, jazz and traveling.
